Our stay at this amazing accommodation was mind-blowing! The hostess exceeded our expectations, making us feel so welcome. The comfortable and spacious rooms provided the perfect relaxing environment. The laundry facilities were a lifesaver for road-weary travelers like us. And the dawn chorus of native birds was absolutely jaw-dropping! We also loved the beautiful location of Lake Rotoiti, which offered endless activities like hiking, cycling, canoeing, fishing, and even skiing. The cozy house was warm and inviting, with all the amenities we needed, including wi-fi, free parking, electric kettle, cookware. And to top it all off, the spa under the stars was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. We can't wait to come back!

This apartment was perfect for a cozy retreat with my friends. The air-conditioning kept us cool, and the satellite flat-screen TV was great for lazy evenings in. I loved having a kitchenette with a fridge, which made it easy to store snacks and drinks for our adventures. The two bedrooms provided enough space for all of us to sleep comfortably, and the fully fitted kitchenette with a microwave was a bonus. The living room was a great place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Having a satellite flat-screen TV was a nice touch, as we could catch up on our favorite shows during downtime. The presence of an electric kettle was convenient for making hot beverages whenever we wanted.
Personally, I didn't find much use for the electric kettle, but I understand others might enjoy it.

Spacious apartment with a homely feel and well-equipped facilities. Excellent location for exploring the nearby national park and visiting other attractions. - Very hospitable and helpful hosts who offered useful advice and assistance during our stay.
Limited stock at the local shop and no nearby bank, making it difficult to access cash. The freestanding single plug-in electric ring was not sufficient for cooking, would have preferred a stove top option.

The value for money at this place was great! The room was super clean and spacious, with a powerful hot water supply. The location was beautiful, with great trails around the lake. The host, Pip, was so cute and gave us helpful tips. Oh, and those homemade cookies were a treat!
Hotel breakfast could have been better. A wider variety of breakfast options would be great to have.

The paths were well-maintained and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Our kids had an amazing time riding through the picturesque landscapes, and we even stopped for a picnic by the crystal-clear lake. It was the perfect family adventure that we will always cherish.
In my wife's opinion, it would be great if The Bach offered bike rentals specifically for children.

The apartment had loads of great activities like hiking, skiing, and fishing. Nelson Airport was conveniently close. They even had free bikes and a garden, perfect for a posh lady like me. Plus, they had a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi throughout. Towels were also provided.
Oh, and let's not forget the thrilling feature of possible fishing in the area. How exciting.
